We recognise that there may be occasions where illegal or unethical practices may occur unknowingly or without detection. Our whistleblowing policy encourages employees and stakeholders to report suspected wrongdoing confidently and without fear of reprisal.

A whistleblower raises a genuine concern about any of these matters. If you have any legitimate concerns regarding misconduct at Raymat Textiles, we encourage you to report them under this policy. 

Raising a Whistleblowing Concern

You can often raise concerns with your line manager verbally or in writing. They will work with you to resolve the matter quickly and may involve senior management if necessary. However, if the matter is more serious or you feel uncomfortable raising it with your manager, you can contact:

Investigation and Outcome

Upon receiving your report, an initial assessment will be conducted to determine the scope of the investigation. We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation. However, confidentiality may sometimes limit the amount of detail we can share.

Sometimes, an investigator or team of investigators will be appointed, drawing on staff with relevant expertise. The investigator(s) may recommend actions to minimize the risk of future wrongdoing.

Suppose it is found that a whistleblower made false allegations maliciously or for personal gain. In that case, disciplinary action may be taken against them.

If You Are Not Satisfied

We aim to handle all concerns fairly and appropriately. While we cannot always guarantee a specific outcome, we are committed to addressing your concerns with integrity. Suppose you feel that your concern has not been adequately addressed. In that case, you may escalate it to another key contact listed in this policy or contact external bodies such as:
