EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

From time to time we run a few marketing campaigns where we look to find out more about what our customers think of us and our service. So, we send out short questionnaires asking simple, key questions about our service.

We know that some people just cannot be pleased, whilst others will still be happy even if they havent received a good service, so we needed to delve in a little deeper. We asked ourselves, and our customers what they really thought about us, would they recommend us to their friends and family, would they buy from us again, and if they'd had a problem with their product or delivery, how did we handle it and were they left feeling cared for and satisfied with our responses.

The Results

To be completely honest, we were expecting mixed results, we literally had no idea how our online shop customers perceived us.

Well, the results are in!

Over 90% of our customers came back to us with positive feedback on all of the questions outlined above. Even those who'd had problems with their order or product were still over the moon with our after sales service and support.
